Our Culture of G.R.A.C.E.

Matthew 10:3-8 "The parable of the Sower"
“A farmer went out to sow his seed. As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up. Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root. Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants. Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop—a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown."
What sort of culture do we have or want that will provide an environment where people can be firmly rooted in deep 'soil' and grow to produce 'abundant fruit'?
The "Parable of the Sower" is a wonderful illustration of the importance of the condition of the Soil / Culture on which Gods word is (or is not) heard.
We seek to be a 'Culture of Grace' community with foundational values and beliefs, which determine why we do what we do, our priorities, how we spend our time and how we relate to each other. This means avoidance of cultures of 'Blame', 'Rights', 'Racism' etc., and seek God's culture as illustrated in our G.R.A.C.E. arrow below:
